احتجزت قوة تتبع لل_._دعم الس_._ريع سبع أسر مدنية، من بينها نساء وأطفال، في المناطق المحيطة بمدينة بابنوسة بولاية غرب كردفان، بتهمة انتماء ذويهم إلى القوات المسلحة السودانية، وذلك في استمرار لنهجها القائم على الاعتقال التعسفي والعقاب الجماعي بحق المدنيين الأبرياء.
تدين شبكة أطباء السودان بأشد العبارات هذا السلوك الذي يمثل انتهاكاً واضحاً للقانون الدولي الإنساني، وخرقاً لمبادئ حماية المدنيين في أوقات النزاع، وتؤكد أن استهداف الأسر على أساس الاشتباه أو الانتماء يشكل جريمة حرب.
تحمّل الشبكة الدعم السريع المسؤولية الكاملة عن سلامة المحتجزين، وتدعو المنظمات الحقوقية والأممية إلى التدخل الفوري لإطلاق سراحهم، وضمان عدم تكرار مثل هذه الانتهاكات بحق المدنيين في غرب كردفان وسائر مناطق السودان.
A force belonging to the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) has detained seven civilian families — including women and children — in areas surrounding the city of Babnousa in West Kordofan State, accusing them of having relatives affiliated with the Sudanese Armed Forces. This continues the RSF’s pattern of arbitrary detention and collective punishment against innocent civilians.
The Sudan Doctors’ Network strongly condemns this behavior, which constitutes a clear violation of international humanitarian law and a breach of the principles of civilian protection during armed conflict. The targeting of families based on suspicion or affiliation amounts to a war crime.
The Network holds the RSF fully responsible for the safety of the detainees and calls on human rights and international organizations to intervene immediately to secure their release and to ensure that such violations against civilians in West Kordofan and throughout Sudan are not repeated.
